Actually everything was really good. My next choice again in Concord. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites Concord Mills. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was convenient and central to various attractions, including the mall and restaurants. everything about my experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay in Concord.

The location was great as it was close to Concord Mall, Charlotte Speedway, restaurants, and attractions. We enjoyed a nice stroll to Starbucks for coffee and treats. The room had a seating area, ironing facilities, and a work desk.

The room was pretty spacious and had everything you need. There were plenty of towels, which was a bonus. The breakfast spread was awesome with a mix of goodies like cookies and eggs 🍳.

The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated the separate counter area outside the bathroom, which was perfect for getting ready. The microwave and refrigerator worked well. The hotel's location was fantastic, directly across from a large mall and close to other shopping areas. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. They even helped me retrieve a package that had been delivered to the hotel. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
